Meet Reba
Reba
Reba is our sweetest little gem.
From the moment she arrived, we could see that she was quite different from Keith. She has always had an incredibly placid, gentle and loving nature, and she and Keith have been almost inseparable ever since.
Reba simply seems to know where love can be found. She naturally gravitates towards the children and older members of our family, quietly moving from person to person for cuddles and affection — and, of course, giving plenty back.
Even the cats are comfortable having Reba in their space. She has a calmness about her that animals and people seem to recognise and trust.
But gentle certainly doesn’t mean boring. Reba has a wonderful playful side and plenty of enthusiasm, particularly when it comes to her puppies. She is an exceptionally attentive mother and loves interacting and playing with them, often continuing until they are completely worn out and ready for sleep.
That combination of softness, confidence, playfulness and nurturing instinct is what makes Reba so special to us.
Her beautiful ruby coat has remained sleek and glossy and is relatively easy to maintain. More importantly, though, it is her temperament that we value most — affectionate, adaptable, nurturing and wonderfully gentle.
Reba is very much part of the heart of our family.
